Both Living rooms have smart TVs with Free local channels. Streaming Channels Available. The main living room can be closed off for privacy from Kitchen & second living room.

Main room has a comfortable Queen bed and full length mirror in Closet. The house safe is also in this closet. Both the other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. Full length mirrors in each room, inside closets.

Is equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub, and a view of a small tropical garden with small pond outside. Every guest is given their own bath towel, and beach towels. Wash clothes and hand towels also provided. Along with complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, lotion and soap.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Including a Percolator coffee machine and a Nespresso Maker and Foamer. The oven is inductive, so the pots provided need to be used. The dining area in side is sufficient for 4 people with a second round table in the alcove that is perfect for couples to even as a work space- A blue tooth printer is available in the laundry room.

We have a large, Outdoor dining table that seats 6 - 8 easily. A gas Weber BBQ and a comfortable Lounge Set to relax and enjoy a stunning tropical garden view.

The Pool is a large lagoon style heated pool with a waterfall. In winter months (April - Oct in Australia) it will get to 28 on a hot sunny day, with no rain or clouds, but typically sits around 26-27. Summer months (Nov-Mar in Aus) it sits around 30-31.

We have cute Wallabies that hop across past out back yard with a short track to the park to see hundreds of them. 

We offer, a bluetooth Printer, and also a safe to put your belongings in when you are out and about.

We try to book all gardening and pool services between gusts but sometimes it's unavoidable but we will always give 24 hours notice, with an option to forgo until you check out.
